Can my son and/or daughter come with me on daytime tour?

Yes absolutely! All ages are welcome at the Museum of Shadows. All children MUST stay with parents/family while inside the Museum of Shadows.

The Museum of Shadows is located in Downtown Omaha, Nebraska 1110 Douglas St.
- The Museum of Shadows Pensacola Florida location is 341 N Navy Blvd
Are the tours guided?

All daytime tours are self-guided tours.
Are Photos Allowed On Tour?

Photos, Audio and Video or live streaming is NOT allowed while touring through the Museum of Shadows due to copyright.
What Are Your Operating Hours?

We are open Wednesday - Sunday 2:00PM - 10:00PM
Do I have to make a reservation or call ahead for tickets?

No, you don't need reservations. You can get your tickets at the door.
Are all the tours handicap accessible?

No. Due to age of the building, the tour is not entirely handicap accessible. Individuals can usually get along fine with walkers or canes; there are stairs on the tour route.
Do I need to sign a waiver to tour through the Museum of Shadows?

Everyone touring through at the Museum of Shadows must sign a Waiver and Release of Liability.
Can I visit the gift shop without taking the museum tour?
- Yes the gift shop is always open.
How long does it take to tour through the Museum of Shadows?
- On average people spend about 1-3 hours inside. We do not have a time limit so you can spend as much time as you like!
Can I try the Sit Challenge when I tour through the Museum of Shadows?

Yes, we always have a room available to try the sit challenge. It is an additional $10.00 per person to try with museum admission.
Do you have paranormal equipment to rent duing my tour?

Yes, we have spirit boxes, K2 Meters, Ghost Meters and Dowsing rods available to rent while on the Ghost Tour.
What is does it cost?

Museum general admission is $25.00 per person/all ages Omaha location and $25.00 per person/all ages Pensacola Florida location. There are additional upgrades available when checking in if you choose to.
