REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR FRONT DESK ASSOCIATES:
The front desk attendant greets visitors, and answers general questions. Monitors the safety and cleanliness of Museum and assists with other tasks as assigned. As the first point of contact in the museum, a friendly welcoming demeanor is important.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a background check.
• Ability to communicate professionally with guests and coworkers.
• Must be able to work Wednesday – Sunday 2pm – 10pm
• Ability to adapt to a constantly changing work environment and thrive in a team setting.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
